From year to year, the evolution of technology is one of staggering promise ans opportunity as well as uncertainty.In the past, elderly people used many devices that are not used frequently at present because technological advances, among these devices are:

1.- VHS

2.- Cassette

3.- Typewriter

4.- Floppy disk

5.- Discman

6.- Beeper

Technology has brought great  humanity benefits,because its function is to create an improvement of tools and accessories to facilitate, save effort and time to the people.

Today's teenager are basically "digital natives", that is, since they are small they are surrounded by all the new technologies that have appeared over the years.

To prevent the excessive or addictive use of technology, people can do other things without technology, for example:

1.- Practice diferents sport with all family.

2.- Camping with our friends.

3.- In the free time we can read many interesting books.
